Dedicated support | As a signed-up contract customer, each Corporate and SME benefits from the services of a dedicated Account Manager (AM).
This role involves dealing with all customer queries - from administering contracts, negotiating airtime to overseeing the supply or installation of any hardware the customer needs. This service is available during business hours to discuss any matter related to the Vine account. The AM also act as an intermediary between customers and the in-house customer services team. Most importantly, the AM is able to analyse customers' monthly invoices in order to recommend any cost saving strategies that may arise during the course of a contract.
In the event a AM is unavailable at the time of a call, Vine's customer service operators, supported by the company's customer database would all be fully aware of the issues at hand.
Dedicated training | Adding value to the above, Vine offers quality training solutions from basic handset and voicemail features to more advanced communication systems.
Tailored courses can accommodate individual, group or company wide courses, located at either the customers' premises, the service provider offices. It is often considered economic to train the trainer, thus building capacity to the customer's management team.
